Reservations

Submitting a reservation request allows Joy Cart Rentals to check availability and contact you to confirm rental details, payment, handoff, and any required documents or waivers. A reservation is not final until Joy Cart Rentals confirms it.

Customer responsibilities

Renters are responsible for following all applicable laws, rental agreement terms, safety instructions, age and license requirements, seating limits, parking rules, and handoff or return instructions provided by Joy Cart Rentals.

Fees

Pricing, taxes, deposits, damage charges, and late or recovery fees are confirmed during booking or in the rental agreement. Joy Cart Rentals will confirm handoff details before the rental starts.

SMS terms

By providing your mobile phone number during booking, inquiry, or customer support, you agree that Joy Cart Rentals may send SMS messages related to your rental, including booking confirmations, pickup coordination, rental reminders, return reminders, review requests, and customer support replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information for third-party marketing.
